how to join and what to expect

in-person workshops are currently held every MONDAY in the boulder area at THE ROOT KAVA COLLECTIVE, from 4pm to 7pm.

the root offer traditional kava and kratom teas for purchase, and are generous enough to offer us their spaces each week. in recognition of their generosity, attendees are strongly encouraged to purchase at least one drink (about $4).

bring a notebook and a pen when you come. please practice mindfulness when you arrive if we have already started - late joiners are always welcome, but we do ask that you come in quietly and respect the space and process if we are mid-discussion or mid-exercise.
